Bridge House day centre the best For Client Satisfaction!

Bridge House Care Ltd, Wappenshall, Telford has received the prestigious Client Satisfaction award at the Shropshire Care Awards. The awards were held at the
International Centre with compere Eric Smith from BBC Radio Shropshire and after dinner speaker Christine Hamilton.

Over 250 guests from 16 care homes; domiciliary agencies and day centers from all around the county supported the second Shropshire Care Awards ceremony.

The awards acknowledge the hard work, success and outstanding achievement of care staff, nurses and care managers working within the independent care community in Shropshire Day centre resident Jane who nominated Bridge House said, “ Every one at the day centre supports each other which creates a fantastic sense of wellbeing in all of us. Personally it has been a life saver for me I have regained my confidence, and had the social interaction I craved for finding the most amazing friends along the way.”

Owner and Manager Sherrel Fikeis said, “ We are all completely overwhelmed by this award, it’s fantastic to be acknowledged for offering quality care in the local community. We have worked together, unchanged for over 8 years that is testament enough that we work well together.” Sponsor Dean Holloway from Capita CARE said, “This event is fantastic for people within the care sector and really gives them an opportunity to have their efforts rewarded and highlighted, in what is sometimes a thankless and difficult role.”
